SDC 238: What's Old is New again

There is a new Stampotique Designers challenge this week and Valerie is our hostess. Her challenge is What is old is new again. This is what she says " Re purpose, re-use, recycle, and alter - words that are music to my ears! Is there something destined for the trash heap that you can give a new lease of life to. Vals challenge is to take something old and make it new  again.

So with this in mind I found an old plastic jar I had out out for the rubbish and gave it a new lease of life as an Easter gift!

SDC 237: It's all about Birds

This week our hostess is Nellie and her challenge is all about birds. It's so close to Easter, Nellie said, so she would like to use birds, and stuff related to birds, feathers nests eggs etc in our artwork.

So with this in mind I made this card

SDC 236: St Patrick's Day

There is a new challenge today at the SDC blog which I am hosting. St Patrick's day was lucky for me as I married my husband on this date, so I would like to see the luck of the Irish in your projects, such as a lucky clover!

I used two new stamps by Magda for this card

Stampotique Designers Challenge 235: Include flowers in your Project

Carol fox is our hostess this week and she has challenged us to include flowers in our projects. She said "Spring is just around the corner in the UK, so share with me a project with flowers in it" so folks let's see your flowers! 

So with this in mind I set to work.......

I stamped lots of Stampotique flowers then coloured them with Ken Oliver colour burst and cut them out.

I then set to work on making a 12 X 12 scrapbook layout and adding my flowers to the project and here it is

Stampotique Designers Challenge 234: Time Challenge - 30 minutes or less

Today there is a new challenge for you, our hostess is Sue and she has challenged us to make a project in 30 mins or less! She says " sometimes we get caught up in making big projects that takes up lots of time, so my challenge to you is use 30mins or less, not including the time to get together your supplies"

So with this in mind a used one of the new stamps and made this card
